Group Training

Group Training is a great way to stay motivated and have fun while getting fit and strong. All session are open to all abilities as we cater intensity and exercises to each individual's current ability.

Our STRENGTH based class to develop technique, improve strength, and gain muscle tone. Work in a circuit format or in pairs completing a set workout.

Owner operator

Smart wit with a keen eye

Tom is new to the industry, studying his cert 3 and 4 in fitness. He has a strong passion for helping others lose weight having travelled his own weight loss journey throughout adolescence and into adulthood. If you need any help whilst you're here give him a shout, he'll be able to help you or send you in the right direction.

Jess enjoys working closely with all types of people to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. She will make you feel comfortable when you feel out of your depth. Her greatest passion is making people regain lost confidence, especially mums who have lost their selves in the journey of motherhood.

Bree heals people through exercise in a gentle and fun way. She is our bright spark of energy making people feel welcome and comfortable by uncovering their gifts and strengths that they didn't realise they already had. Bree can work with Medicare claims, NDIS, workcover, DVA and/or privately.

Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor

  • Fitness background: Former track and field athlete and international bodybuilding champion.

Calm and steady, Adika will get you fit and healthy before you know it!

Joining us from Sydney, Adika has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. He's a quiet one, but don't let that fool you into thinking he won't work you hard! For a diverse strength and mobility training session we can count on Adika to give you just that!

Serene and precise, Carragh will set your core on fire!

 

Carragh has a very calm and precise way of teaching as well as helping people who lack motivaion to stay focused and reach their goals. Her passion is Pilates and other group exercise classes, be sure to come for a trial at least and she'll have you craving more.
