Group Training

Group Training is a great way to stay motivated and have fun while getting fit and strong. All session are open to all abilities as we cater intensity and exercises to each individual's current ability.



  • Our CARDIO based class. Work as hard as you want in a circuit style class, aimed at getting the heart rate up and spending max Calories



Our STRENGTH based class to develop technique, improve strength, and gain muscle tone. Work in a circuit format or in pairs completing a set workout.



Our STRETCH class, using various mobility and stretch techniques to develop lean supple and injury free bodies.


Owner & Exercise Physiologist

  • Accredited Exercise Physiologist after 6 years of Uni and 16 years in the industry

  • Sporting back ground: adventure racing (24 hrs to 12 days), Olympic lifting at National level, Ultra running (45-100km), Mixed martial arts (MMA), Triathlons...

Adrian's distinct approach to training will  help you to develop strong exercise & nutrition based habits.


Adrian aims to give you the power to take control of your health to have a long and active lifestyle. Expect a fun and friendly professional who is able to get the job done.

Amanda has a gentle yet firm approach to training sessions, often dubbed the "silent assassin". 

With a friendly and passionate approach, Amanda will help you to achieve your goals in a way that reflects your level of intensity.

Jess enjoys working closely with all types of people to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. These goals include weight loss, improving general strength and conditioning or targeted fitness training. Jess has been through her own weight loss journey where she learned to love exercise and healthier eating habits, this has created a gentle, nurturing and understanding approach towards clients.
