Full Membership

$35 per fortnight

$120 on-boarding (2x 60min Assessment & Program)

Includes:

  • Full gym access and ALL group classes

  • Onboarding

    • 1x 60min assessment and movement screen

    • 1x 60min 6 week program development

  • Ongoing help so you're never alone

Group Training

Group Training is a great way to stay motivated and have fun while getting fit and strong. All session are open to all abilities as we cater intensity and exercises to each individual's current ability.

FIRE

CARDIO / FITNESS

  • Our CARDIO based class. Work as hard as you want in a circuit style class, aimed at getting the heart rate up and spending max Calories

EARTH

STRENGTH / POWER

Our STRENGTH based class to develop technique, improve strength, and gain muscle tone. Work in a circuit format or in pairs completing a set workout.

WATER

MOBILITY / STRETCH

Our STRETCH class, using various mobility and stretch techniques to develop lean supple and injury free bodies.
