This program is highly recommended for anyone new or returning to training. It gives you a solid start to gym based training, and ensures you know what your doing when you come in. This leads to safer training and faster results.

Group Training is a great way to stay motivated and have fun while getting fit and strong. All session are open to all abilities as we cater intensity and exercises to each individual's current ability.
CARDIO / FITNESS
Our CARDIO based class. Work as hard as you want in a circuit style class, aimed at getting the heart rate up and spending max Calories
STRENGTH / POWER
Our STRENGTH based class to develop technique, improve strength, and gain muscle tone. Work in a circuit format or in pairs completing a set workout.
MOBILITY / STRETCH
Our STRETCH class, using various mobility and stretch techniques to develop lean supple and injury free bodies.
