Accredited Exercise Physiology (AEP)
An AEP uses exercise as a modality to treat a range of conditions which may be musculoskeletal, neurological, metabolic, or psychological in nature. The aim is to improve the condition directly, but also develop strategies to improve health and fitness, whilst working around the symptoms.
Referrals may be obtained for Medicare, DVA, Workcover, and NDIS.
This is a Bachelor degree qualification.

Personal Training
Personal Training (PT) is a hugely valuable tool to use.
A private session can allow you to achieve more in a shorter time. The session will be tailored to your needs, and under professional supervision you will be pushed to work a little harder than you might by yourself. Along with that, you'll be educated on aspects of training you may not otherwise gain from training yourself. Our trainers will impart their knowledge to help you gain more from your training.
PT does not have to be an ongoing service. Use PT to upskill your training and learn new methods, check form and technique, get a program developed, or simply use it to get pushed to work a little harder.
