Breakfast is amazing and a great way to get you off to living a healthy and vibrant day. Healthy breakfast habits breed healthy habits throughout the day. You can do as many "core" exercises as you like but without good eating habits, those abs are going to stay hidden. More importantly than aesthetics, good nutrition fuels our bodies to combat disease, provide energy, support our immune system, promote healthy bones and muscles, and is DELICIOUS! Take Millie's challenge and have a go at cooking some smashed eggs and veg. Ditch the cereal box and get some good fresh food in ya.
