A easy and fun recipe. Keep them in the fridge and pull off what you need each time.
Recipe:
2 cups Spelt flour + Extra for rolling
3/4 cups almost boiled water
1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method:
Mix dry ingredients- flour, salt, bicarb
Add in water and oil and mix with spoon
Knead until good working consistency
Pinch off a small ball, roll flat and fry in a pan
BOOM!
