Recipe: Banana Bars


Banana bars recipe

Little banana base muesli bars with loads of goodness.

This recipe makes about 35-40 bars, depending on how big you want to cut them.

They last for ages in the fridge and are great to take to work or school, or grab at home for a little snack.

Recipe:

  • 1kg mashed Bananas

  • 100g Chia seeds

  • 100g Oats

  • 100g LSA mix

  • 100g nut & seed mix

Method:

  1. Mash bananas up

  2. Add dry ingredients and max thoroughly

  3. Line a backing tray with baking paper and press mix into it, so it's about 1-1.5cm think.

  4. Score then Bake in the oven at about 180' till they look golden brown on top

  5. Chop into bars

  6. Store in a container in the fridge.
